Attention to detail - Having a coach to make sure you are doing every movement safe & effectively. 'Safe' doesn't sound exciting, but it's actually very, very exciting. Results come from consistent hard work overtime, and you can't be consistent when you're consistently getting hurt.  


Less to think about -  Honestly, I  want each one of my clients to reach  a point that they feel confident showing up to the gym alone, but sometimes it is nice to show up and have someone tell you what to do.  


RESULTS - Knowing you are going to meet a coach will hold you accountable. Despite how motivated you may be at this moment, it's easy to fall back into old habits. That's why having a coach to keep you on track is truly invaluable.
