Class SCHEDULE

Monday

Youth Performance

9:30am & 2:00pm

With a mix of sport performance drills and competitive games, we will develop all aspects of athleticism. Classes are 50 minutes.

Linear Speed

10:30am

Learn how to produce force, accelerate, and proper running mechanics that transfer directly to your sport. 

Classes are 50 minutes

Lateral Speed

11:30am

This class teaches the difference between the speed it takes to run a fast 40, and the speed it takes to react, make a cut, and blow past a defender.

Classes are 50 minutes.

Intro into Weightlifting

3:00pm

Learn proper weight lifting techniques. Getting stronger boosts performance, but the problems start when young athletes bite off more than they can chew and become less athletic or, even worse, injured.

Classes are 50 minutes.

Football Performance Systems

4:00pm

Develop more strength, agility, and speed with the Football Performance System. Over the coming weeks, you’ll see your power, explosiveness, and in game instincts SHOOT up.

Classes are 1 hour.

Sign Ups

  • Athletes must be signed up and paid for 24 hours in advance. 
  • Payment is accepted via Venmo.
  • Text 845-399-0070 to reserve spot in class.

Class will be rescheduled at different time during the week or made up the following week. 


Parents are free to watch or leave and comeback for pick up.


Payments are non refundable within 24 hours of class and cannot be rolled over for a class at a later date.


There must be at least TWO athletes signed up for class to be on. In the event that there is only ONE, the class will be rescheduled. 


For the smaller groups (6 or less); classes will take place at 9961 Larchbrook Drive.

For larger groups; class will take place at Lake Highlands North Park adjacent to the playground on Fieldcrest Drive.
